Our office hours are from 9:00am to 6pm (PST) Monday to Saturday


You can checkout at this site with either Google Checkout or Paypal.
We also accept all major credit cards with phone orders.

Payment must be made in US Dollars.


We ship internationally. For international buyers, please contact us for shipping quotes before paying for your purchase.


Should the package became lost en route to you, we will be glad to take full responsibility to refund your full purchase price including the shipping you paid.


Item must be returned within 7 days.
Refund will be given as merchandise credit.
We accept returns only if we have grossly misrepresented our items or when we shipped the wrong item(s). Buyers need to contact us within 2 days of item delivery prior to any returns. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the mistake is on our side, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address provided, we will reship only if you agree to pay for the additional shipping costs. Buyers have the option to not to have the item reshipped. In that case, we will refund your full purchase price less shipping charges paid and any additional charges incurred when the item is returned to us. There is no restocking fee.
